Responded as soon as we needed to book at almost 1am. the apartment was in a great location near stores, food, and the beach. it was the perfect location for our first time Miami trip. the apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. highly recommend!

Close to the beach, apartment renewed. Bad neighborhood, some of them were smoking marijuana in the corridors. When they were smoking inside, we could smell it outside.

10/10 would recommend or stay again myself. Apartment comfortably fit 4 people for the weekend and had a good amount of space for the location, which was unbeatable! Love the local tips given by the hosts and the apartment was clean, safe, and had the basics provided like soaps, beach umbrella, extra towels/blankets, kitchen utensils. Stay here if possible!!

Clean and modern apartment that is half a block from the beach! As close as you can get without staying above the noisy bars on the strip. Martin is an awesome host too! He sent me lots of great tips on places to eat and shop and he responds to questions very quickly. He's super nice. I couldn't be happier with this experience. Recommend to everyone visiting South Beach. Thanks, Martin!

Great location , clean place , has everything you need , good communication and Martin was very helpful. Highly recommend, would most definitely stay there next time we visit.
